Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts across multiple logistics disciplines to create value-focused solutions.
• Review RFPs, develop questions, and shape win strategies for client proposals.
• Mentor a small team of SD Engineers and communicate designs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with pricing and IT to develop cost models and optimization scenarios.
• Ensure designs are aligned with Ryder's capabilities and client needs.
