Job summary

EvolutionIQ seeks a lead level Agentic Solutions Consultant in New York to bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering for enterprise opportunities. You will map operations, data flows, and integration points, and translate discovery into a clear implementation approach with a strong business case for change.

You will build executive-ready materials, oversee risks and success criteria, and collaborate across internal teams to scale agentic deployments while addressing governance and AI considerations.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in solutions/implementation consulting or related client-facing roles in enterprise software, preferably insurance.
• Experience on complex integrations or transformations for large enterprise customers.
• Ability to map business processes to system dependencies and actionable plans.
• Experience designing architectures for complex engagements including data flows and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer-facing decks and executive materials.
• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sale solution design for agentic products with Sales and Leadership.
• Assess operations, workflows, and integration requirements to shape tailored implementations.
• Own current/target state mappings for complex opportunities, including risks and success criteria.
• Assess data readiness, source systems, eligibility feeds, and reporting needs.
• Build customer-specific business cases and executive-ready materials.
• Create documentation and materials detailing integration points and ROI.
• Develop reusable design artifacts and workflow maps to scale sales motions.
• Translate discovery into internal recommendations for Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate to identify recurring needs and scalable patterns for deployments.
• Support governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI in customer discussions.
• Ensure smooth handoff from pre-sale to delivery with documented goals and risks.
• Help define operating models, adoption, and metrics for scaled deployment.
