Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT app work incl. 2+ years hands-on software development or DevOps experience
• 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions on any cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.)
• 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps for cloud transformations
• Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles
• 3+ years of architecting/operating solutions on any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.)
• 5+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps for cloud transformations
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles

Responsibilities

• Build and migrate applications, modernize software on AWS platform
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects
• Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in architectural discussions
• Coach architects to transfer deep technical skills to customers
• Share best-practice knowledge within the Solutions Architect community
• Drive cloud adoption strategies addressing regulatory and data protection needs
