You will coach, guide, and partner with sellers to drive business outcomes and develop relationships with customers’ technical executives. You will help scale knowledge through publications and speaking engagements, ensuring cloud architectures align with best practices and strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of enterprise IT applications work, with 2+ years hands-on software development or DevOps experience.
• 2+ years architecting/operating solutions on any cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI, etc.).
• 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps for cloud transformations.
• Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles.
• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

Aufgaben

• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects including Principal Solutions Architects.
• Coach Solutions Architects to transfer deep technical knowledge for SWAT customers.
• Ensure success in building, migrating and modernizing apps and services on AWS.
• Deliver software solutions on AWS that enable migrations and global expansion of services.
• Educate customers on AWS value and engage in deep architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
