Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Solution Engineering Consultant to provide technical guidance and implementations for Intapp products. You will work with SQL databases, ETL tools, data transformation, and enterprise legal software, delivering analytical solutions and effective client outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design integrations, monitor progress, and communicate status while upholding integrity and service excellence across global engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
3+ years of experience in technical integrations, preferably with Intapp systems or legal software.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills for client success.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and technical solutions to clients on Intapp products and integrations.
Develop and implement integrations and solution designs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and align with goals.
Monitor progress and adjust to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates and reports on consulting status.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting success.
Foster collaboration within the consulting team.
