Epiq is seeking a Solution Engineering Consultant to provide technical guidance and implementations for Intapp products. You will work with SQL databases, ETL tools, data transformation, and enterprise legal software, delivering analytical solutions and effective client outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design integrations, monitor progress, and communicate status while upholding integrity and service excellence across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, preferably with Intapp systems or legal software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills for client success.

Job Summary

The Solution Engineering Consultant is responsible for providing technical guidance and implementation to clients on various Intapp products. In addition to technical experience in SQL databases, ETL tools, data transformation, and enterprise legal software (ideally within the Intapp suite), this role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

• Provide advice and technical solutions to clients on their Intapp products and related integrations.
• Develop and implement integrations and solution designs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project team on consulting status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.
