Job summary

Epiq, a global provider of legal services and technology, is seeking a Solution Engineering Consultant to deliver technical guidance and implementations for Intapp products. You will work with clients to design integrations, analyze data flows, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requires a Bachelor's in engineering or information systems and at least 3 years of experience in technical integrations, especially with Intapp or legal software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical integrations, preferably with Intapp systems or legal software.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills for client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical solutions to clients on their Intapp products and related integrations.
• Develop and implement integrations and solution designs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project team on consulting status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.
