Job summary
Webflow, the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer. You will inspire customers by showing how our platform helps them meet business objectives and drive enterprise success. Location is remote-first in the United States with in-person onboarding in San Francisco.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling within discovery and/or product demo sessions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and support multiple opportunities across Enterprise.
- Guide customers through evaluation to ensure solution meets business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and business case development.
- Present demonstrations highlighting Webflow benefits to solve customer objectives.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
- Travel up to 25%.
