Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Solution Architect Lead for a DC Government client. The role is hands-on, owning architecture, security, AI development, and release cadence for STAAND—an AI-enabled platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with GCC hosting.

You will work with OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. The candidate will personally configure, code, prototype, review, and troubleshoot while guiding the STAAND

Qualifications

• Senior, deeply hands-on Solution Architect resource for STAAND CCWIS project.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture.
• Strong cross-cloud/enterprise architecture for GCC and Azure Commercial.
• Pro-code D365 extensibility with C#/.NET is required.
• Security, governance, and FedRAMP-compliant design experience.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, security design, AI engineering, and release cadence for STAAND.
• Prototype, review, and troubleshoot in the platform; lead technical decisions.
• Coordinate with OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners; ensure compliance and security.
