Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Solution Architect Lead for a DC Government client to own the STAAND architecture and lead hands-on design and delivery of D365, Power Platform, and Azure components.

You will work hybrid, report to the District DevOps Manager, and collaborate with OCTO, federal partners, and the STAAND Product Team to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across modules and portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• D365 Customer Service and Dataverse expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Power Platform.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture for D365 implementations.
• Government cloud or GCC experience.
• Security and compliance with NIST/FedRAMP.
• Generative AI and agentic development in production.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the STAAND architecture: data models, Dataverse design, environment strategy, integration topology.
• Enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and technical debt registers.
• Chair design authority reviews and signoff on significant changes.
• Diagnose platform issues: performance, API limits, integration orders, storage growth.
• Maintain artifacts for CCWIS reviews, federal audits, and IT governance.
• Design, document, and harden cross‑cloud boundaries between GCC Dynamics/Power Platform and Azure commercial cloud.
• Lead AI capability development: CORA, agentic workflows, and evaluation discipline.
• Own AI model lifecycle, migrations, and governance to avoid regressions.
• Enforce security and data protection across SDLC, IAM, and logging.
• Engage with OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners; guide release management and roadmaps.
