Job summary

CFSA is seeking a senior, hands‑on Solution Architect to own architecture, security design, AI engineering, and platform release cadence for the STAAND system. You will personally configure, code, prototype, and troubleshoot within the Dynamics 365/Power Platform stack while informing CFSA leadership, OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners.

You will drive cross‑cloud architecture, enforce standards, and manage data boundaries, security, and compliance across GCC and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on architect responsible for architecture, security, and AI engineering for STAAND.
• Experience designing cross‑cloud boundaries and data residency for FedRAMP/CCWIS.
• Proven ability to lead design authority reviews and governance artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Own STAAND architecture, data models, Dataverse design, and environment strategy.
• Build in platform with C#/.NET, TypeScript, Power Fx, and PCF controls.
• Enforce standards, design patterns, and debt registers across modules.
• Design GCC vs Azure boundary, identities, keys, and logging for compliance.
• Lead AI development, evaluation, and agentic workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
• Own security architecture, SDLC, threat modeling, and audit readiness.
• Drive release management, roadmaps, and cross‑team coordination.
