Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks a senior, hands-on Solution Architect Lead to own architecture, security design, AI engineering, and platform release cadence for STAAND, a government-focused D365/Power Platform/Azure solution.

The role requires crafting scalable, compliant designs across GCC and Azure Gov environments, and hands-on coding and prototyping in the platform. You will lead the technical voice to leadership, product teams, Microsoft, and auditors, guiding AI and agentic development, data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
20+ years IT/architecture experience.
Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform.
Lead or principal architect on full D365 implementation lifecycles (min. 2 lifecycles).
Cross-cloud or cross‑tenant architecture (government, commercial).

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the authoritative STAAND architecture, including data models and integration topology.
Build in the platform with model-driven apps, plug-ins, APIs, PCF controls, and Power Fx.
Define architecture standards, patterns, and technical debt registers across modules and portals.
Chair design authority reviews and sign off on significant changes.
Diagnose deep platform issues and ensure governance and audit readiness.
