• Own and maintain STAAND architecture, data models, and integration topology.
• Architect security design to meet FedRAMP/CCWIS requirements.

• Own the STAAND end-to-end security architecture and governance.
• Drive cross-cloud architecture between GCC and commercial Azure.
• Lead AI capability design, evaluation, and productionization in Azure AI Foundry.
