Candidates should have a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ engineering experience, including solid waste or land development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred or E.I.T. on track.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and regulators.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work remotely as needed.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Develop master plans, design drawings, stormwater and erosion control systems, specs and estimates.
• Prepare reports and studies to secure permitting for projects.
• Draft work for scoping and engineering packages.
• Oversee projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare project proposals and lead teams.
• Produce engineering reports and bid/construction documents.
• Assist clients with procurement and construction administration.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
