Invenergy LLC is seeking a Lead Solar Technician for the Tip Top Solar Energy Center in Jal, NM. The role focuses on operating and maintaining a 110MWAC solar facility, leading a multi-skilled team, and delivering safe, cost-effective performance under varying conditions.

You will manage maintenance activities, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and contribute to environmental and safety compliance while working a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in renewable energy operations & maintenance preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time; ability to work nights when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and set an example; cover Operations Manager duties when absent.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, and part replacement.
• Troubleshoot complex problems including pitching, speed control, and SCADA components.
• Assist in procedures, environmental reporting, purchasing, inventory, and contractor oversight.
• Maintain safe, cost-effective operation with minimal supervision.
