Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation seeks a Solar PV Operation and Maintenance Technician III – Field Operations to oversee maintenance across multiple Georgia sites (Hazlehurst, Jesup, Vidalia, Waycross, and Douglas). You will perform preventive and corrective tasks on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, and MV/HV components while ensuring safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in electrical trades and at least 1 year in utility-scale solar O&M, with NEC/NFPA70E awareness and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 4+ years in electrical trade or maintenance required.
• 1+ year in utility-scale solar PV operations & maintenance required.
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification desired.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS certifications must be obtained within 4 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance across PV system, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE.
• Lead corrective maintenance and respond to emergency dispatches as needed.
• Log all work in CMMS and perform electrical testing with meters and tracers.
• Assist in root cause analysis, predictive analytics, and SOP development.
• Provide training and leadership to field technicians; coordinate with management.
