Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Production Supervisor in Jeffersonville, Indiana to lead daily production, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams across planning, equipment, and quality.

Candidates should have 5+ years of supervisory experience, a Lean/Six Sigma background, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills; a high school diploma is required, engineering degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a continental shift schedule (e.g., 12-hour rotating shifts).
• Proven ability to lead with professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and monitor performance.
• Organize workflow and allocate manpower to optimize productivity.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports on production performance and safety.
