Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years in solar cell/process engineering.
• Experience with solar cell manufacturing processes and CVD/PECVD tech is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned process groups of the manufacturing line including solar cell manufacturing.
• Optimize and improve solar cell conversion efficiency, yield, reliability and cost.
• Identify causes, resolve and prevent production issues using problem solving methods.
• Drive continuous improvement in process, procedures, materials and equipment.
• Lead, manage and train process technicians in daily tasks and training.
• Qualify, stabilize, improve technology and product transfer for production needs.
• Review and improve CpK and process capability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and overseas affiliates.
• Create, maintain and update SOP, FMEA, Control Plans, OCAP and related docs.
• Support KPIs such as safety, output, yield, quality and timely delivery.
• Complete training to enhance technical and leadership skills.
