Qualifications

• Knowledge of HJT/CVD/PECVD preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for solar cell process groups and optimize efficiency and cost.
• Lead and train technicians; manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain SOP, FMEA, and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas affiliates.
• Support safety, quality, and other KPIs across production.
