Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Installer to join our residential solar installation crew. The role guides and coordinates fellow installers daily, ensuring safe, efficient completion of projects on site.

Responsibilities include stocking, assembling, and installing solar equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Prospective candidates should have prior solar experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous solar installation experience preferred.
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a driving background check and safety policies.
• Must be 21+ with ability to work in a team and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation crews on residential solar projects.
• Review inventory and prepare materials for installation.
• Assemble racking and solar modules per project plan.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the job site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to crew members on daily tasks.
