Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to provide technical leadership for mechanical construction on utility-scale solar EPC projects. The role involves on-site supervision of Field Engineers and Foremen, coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior Solar EPC mechanical construction oversight.
• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Knows and understands the required federal and state codes for the project.

Responsibilities

• Directs General Foremen, Field Engineers, and Foremen on‑site to optimize resources.
• Schedules equipment, materials, tools, and subcontractors to maximize production while controlling costs.
• Maintains safety procedures and ensures regulatory compliance on site.
• Mentors Field Coordinators and Foremen on costs, scope, quality, and safety.
• Communicates project status and problem areas to Site Manager and collaborates with other teams.
