Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems is seeking a Superintendent - Electrical – Solar to lead electrical construction for solar projects in Wisconsin. This role will involve scheduling, supervising field personnel, and maintaining quality control throughout the project's lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of solar construction experience and strong electrical installation skills. Additional responsibilities include managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in solar construction or utility construction environment required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 76-100% of the time domestically.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates site electrical construction schedule and execution plan.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary.
