As an Expert Software Product Manager, you will lead complex product initiatives foundational to WXP, with primary ownership of licensing, entitlements, subscription management, and compliance-driven platform requirements. This role serves as the product lead for the systems and workflows that govern how licenses are created, provisioned, assigned, validated, and managed across direct and partner channels, while also ensuring the platform can scale operationally and support evolving business models. In parallel, this role will own product leadership for FedRAMP readiness from the WXP Product side, translating compliance requirements into clear product requirements, prioritizing development needs, and driving cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, security, legal, and business stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the discipline to turn complex technical, operational, and compliance needs into executable roadmap outcomes.
The pay range for this role is $116,150 up to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
