Responsibilities

• Build a telemetry system enabling product-led growth and adoption insights for product strategy.
• Create a centralized platform for experimentation across Salesforce to drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Lead parallel feature development and ensure incremental software delivery.
• Lead and mentor engineers with technical guidance and support.
• Ensure code quality and performance through reviews, testing, and CI.
• Promote best practices in software development, including Agile and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain competitive solutions.
