Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Java; ability to adapt to other languages as needed.
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in developing in a contract-first environment.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies interfacing with backend consumers (AWS Kinesis/SNS/SQS/EventBridge).
• Proven ability to use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system for product-led growth and adoption insights.
• Create a centralized platform for all experimentation across Salesforce to drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive capability for parallel feature development and incremental software delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers with technical guidance and support.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Promote best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep solutions competitive.
