As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor the engineering team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contribution and acting as the primary technical contact for key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Supervisory or management experience with a track record of building a strong engineering culture.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with the business and execute a defined strategic plan.
• ProvenHands-on experience with Automation and AI to improve engineering processes.
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly in Treasury or payments, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing direction and mentorship while cultivating a collaborative culture.
• Translate business needs into technical execution and deliver against defined strategic plans.
• Drive the adoption of Automation and AI to streamline processes and empower the team.
• Oversee end-to-end design, development, and implementation of initiatives and technologies.
• Balance leadership with hands-on technical contributions as a player-coach.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct infrastructure/software development activities per the SDLC.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
