Talener is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in New York City (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) to drive architecture and scale AI-powered SaaS products. You will balance technical strategy, software design, and people leadership while actively coding.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering, full-stack expertise in Python, React, and AWS, plus experience with AI-enabled products and LLM-powered solutions. Equity participation is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
• Strong full-stack development with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS applications in production.
• Hands-on AI-enabled product development including LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, OpenAI SDKs.
