Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior AI Engineer to drive enterprise AI strategy and lead hands-on design, development, and deployment of AI agents, copilots, and LLM-powered apps. You will partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in AI/ML, leadership, and strong Python/cloud skills. Hybrid schedule with four onsite days per week, with locations including Pasadena, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered apps.
• Experience with enterprise LLM platforms (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Strong Python development and cloud environment experience (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI initiatives from concept to production.
• Design solution architectures and establish AI engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross‑functional AI initiatives.
• Deliver scalable AI solutions with governance, security, and compliance controls.
