Atrium seeks a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across a growing suite of enterprise SaaS applications. You will shape engineering strategy, design scalable solutions, introduce AI-powered development practices, and build agentic systems that integrate with existing products.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, and modern frameworks.
• Experience designing agentic AI-powered solutions and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy, architecture, and engineering initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Partner with product leadership on prioritisation and feature design.
• Define and document engineering policies, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and implement AI engineering tools to improve development efficiency.
• Design agentic systems using modern AI frameworks and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and mentor engineers.
• Audit products and processes, suggest improvements, and lead QA/CI practices.
• Support hiring decisions and resource allocation across projects.
