Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; 5+ years in automotive embedded systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of hardware–software interfaces and V&V practices.
• Proven ability to define and troubleshoot system/subsystem requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional breakdown, requirements development, and failure analysis for low voltage subsystems.
• Create and maintain SSTS and BTS using BDD methodologies.
• Coordinate with systems/hardware teams to align interfaces and performance.
• Lead triad meetings and support SAFe planning and work acceptance.
• Provide technical support and translate issues into revised requirements.
