Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or closely related field.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with cloud deployments to Azure.
• Strong OO development experience in languages like Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in hands-on development of .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure applications.
• Drive cloud adoption and agile methodologies across the team.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Contribute to writing, testing, and optimizing code.
• Mentor a team of developers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Facilitate time tracking, workload management and resource planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices.
