Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Q&A-driven Software Development Team Lead to guide a skilled team in delivering complex scheduling projects. You will analyze existing systems, define architectures, and work with Delivery Managers to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, deep programming expertise in C# and ASP.NET, and extensive experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work history.
• 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members, mentoring and providing technical leadership, assigning tasks, and tracking milestones.
• Oversees system design and integration; prepares System Design Document (SDD).
• Coordinates with IT management to align priorities and resources.
• Communicates with business owners and technical staff to define requirements.
• Ensures compliance with SDLC and agile practices; supports production systems.
