Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. You will drive CI/CD workflows, automate provisioning, and help implement cloud delivery strategies.

The role requires extensive DevOps experience, scripting, and IaC tooling, with on-call duties and collaboration across IT teams. The position offers a hybrid work model and strong total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years deploying, configuring, and managing Windows/Linux servers in a DevOps environment.
• 3+ years using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and automation tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and security-focused design.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance of operating systems and underlying infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated provisioning of resources.
• Participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery planning.
