Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in design/analysis of algorithms and scalable systems.
• Experience with multiple languages incl. Java, Python, JavaScript, and others.
• Proficiency with web services (REST/HTTPS/JSON) and modern architectures.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and write code following standards and perform code reviews.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Lead technical design and a team of engineers to deliver scalable software.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural initiatives.
• Translate requirements into implementable tasks and track progress.
• Collaborate with principal engineers on complex solutions.
