Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of design and analysis experience for scalable, highly available systems.
• At least five years in two modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go) and five years in 3+ techs (React, Angular, NodeJS, NoSQL, HTML5/CSS).
• Five years of REST/HTTPS/JSON web services experience.
• Five years defining system architectures and trade-offs for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and write engineering specifications for software applications.
• Write code that adheres to standards; perform code reviews.
• Explore and implement technical solutions to achieve features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies; assist in sprint planning and execution.
• Create stories, tasks, and track status using RTC or Jira.
• Collaborate with principal engineers on complex solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
