Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a senior software engineer/architect to own end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack applications. You will lead architecture decisions, drive code quality, and champion secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and ensure production reliability and observability while advancing AI/GenAI integrations within a hybrid, multi-service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering with progression into lead/principal roles.
• Strong full-stack skills: .NET (C#), React/Next.js, REST/GraphQL API design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services used in app development.
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, patterns, testing, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading engineers, design/code reviews, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of full-stack apps using .NET, React/Next.js, and Azure.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security through code and reviews.
• Make architectural decisions for new features and systems.
• Lead AI/GenAI integration, including LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor engineers via pairing, reviews, and feedback.
• Turn business requirements into technical plans and milestones with product teams.
• Own production reliability through observability and incident response.
• Apply security best practices across the stack, including auth and data protection.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containers, and cloud patterns.
