Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard seeks a Team Lead Software Development in Sioux Falls, SD to guide a team of developers in building and maintaining applications and systems. You will coordinate work, enforce quality SDLC practices, and mentor developers in modern programming techniques, automation, and problem solving.

You will lead planning, provide coaching on Agile methodologies, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate across departments to meet business objectives while promoting code quality and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing systems with APIs and/or low-code platforms like MuleSoft or PEGA.
• Progressive management experience in API/low-code platforms and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of developers responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating applications and systems.
• Coordinate work of subordinate developers and ensure adherence to programming quality standards.
• Provide training in programming techniques, focusing on automating, maintaining, and enhancing procedures and systems.
• Ensure SDLC and Agile methodologies are followed and coach staff as needed.
• Plan and coordinate department projects and ensure smooth software releases.
