Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a developmental leader to oversee a team of developers responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating applications and systems in Sioux Falls. You will mentor staff, ensure SDLC compliance, drive automation, and coordinate cross-functional work across CRM, API specifications, data schemas, and new technology platforms.

Strong leadership and communication are essential; experience with AWS, MuleSoft/PEGA, and observability tools is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing systems with APIs and/or low-code platforms like MuleSoft or PEGA.
• 1 year of progressively responsible management experience in API, low-code platforms, and database.
• Experience in AWS cloud-based implementation preferred.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves issues on PREMIER enterprise CRM applications and API specifications.
• Oversees development teams ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinates workload among team members and manages internal project requests.
• Monitors performance, conducts reviews, and provides coaching.
• Ensures compliance with consumer protection regulations.
