Qualifications

• Experience in developing systems with APIs and/or low code platforms like MuleSoft or PEGA.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate software teams.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based implementations.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves issues on PREMIER CRM applications, APIs, data schemas, and documentation.
• Analyzes information requirements for systems construction and maintenance to ensure efficiency and data security.
• Participates in planning long-term and short-term objectives and coordinates department projects.
• Ensures SDLC adherence and coaching for compliance.
• Reviews performance and guides developers; manages internal programming requests and releases.
