PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Digital Product Owner for on-site engagement in Sioux Falls, SD. You will voice customer needs and bridge business stakeholders with development teams to deliver high-value, user-centric payment products.

You will lead an agile team, establish release targets, and align features with regulatory requirements while driving measurable business outcomes. Prior experience with digital payments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and design details.
• Lead agile team and translate product vision into actionable backlog.
• Set release targets and prioritize features to maximize value.
• Gather customer research, competitive insights and present findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (call centers, back office, Compliance, Development, Marketing).
• Manage multiple digital products/platforms.
• Interview, hire and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
