Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Digital Platform Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions, translating processes into system requirements for IT teams and driving transformation across people, processes and technology.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, develop test plans and user stories, and build MVPs on low‑code/no‑code platforms, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or functional consultant within a Pega environment.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) preferred; CSA/CSSA is a plus.
• 1-2 years’ Banking/Financial industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BPM methodologies, workflow optimization, and designing process maps and low-fidelity UI wireframes.
• Agile lifecycle knowledge including managing product backlogs and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Align digital platform roadmap with organizational objectives and digital transformation strategies.
• Develop process flows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Translate business needs into detailed, actionable system requirements.
• Build, test, and deploy agile business applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Partner with technical teams to define system functionality and solution requirements.
• Prepare test plans and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Create training materials and process documentation to improve adoption.
