Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a senior software development leader to oversee a team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise applications, APIs, and automation efforts. The role emphasizes SDLC governance, agile practices, and mentoring engineers across platforms.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, guiding project releases, and ensuring data security and efficient operations while aligning with PREMIER’s strategic technology objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing systems with APIs and/or low-code platforms like MuleSoft or PEGA preferred.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based implementation preferred.
• Observability tools like Datadog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of developers responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating applications and systems.
• Coordinate work of subordinate developers and ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Provide training in programming techniques and automation of procedures.
• Analyze information requirements and specifications for system construction and maintenance.
• Assist with planning long- and short-term business objectives and project releases.
• Monitor and evaluate individual employee performance and deliver reviews.
