Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking a lead ServiceNow Software Asset Management consultant for a part-time remote contract running from October 2026 to early April 2027. Engagement involves workshops, process definition and SAM configuration, approximately 8 hours per week (about 194 total hours).

You will work with process owners, sponsors and product owners to shape practical ITAM outcomes and ensure alignment with leading practices. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead-level experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience delivering business process consulting (BPC) on ServiceNow engagements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be located on US or Canada soil.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workshop sessions with customer process owners, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provide prescriptive ITAM/SAM guidance and challenge requirements that do not serve the desired outcome.
• Create, refine and rank user stories, and advise Product Owners on adherence to process outcomes and roadmap plans.
• Configure the SAM solution and demonstrate it to stakeholders.
• Facilitate definition and alignment of current-state processes toward ServiceNow leading practices.
• Simplify workflows and provide ongoing advisory support throughout the engagement.
