Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience with architecture leadership.
• Strong C# and OO design skills with reusable libraries or services.
• Automated testing, source control, CI/CD, packaging, and production releases.
• Ability to derive requirements in ambiguous environments and communicate tradeoffs.
• Lead through technical influence, collaboration, and mentorship across teams.
• Comfort working with customers during design discussions and escalations.
• Strong written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Master's degree preferred; semiconductor test or related domain knowledge preferred.
• Experience integrating software with factory systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture activities clarifying workflows, requirements, constraints, interfaces, and risks.
• Develop executable architecture plans with interfaces, guardrails, and validation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, test engineers, and internal teams to align solutions with platform direction.
• Build and review modular C# software with clear interfaces and diagnostics.
• Support implementation through prototypes, design reviews, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor test engineers in professional C# development practices with patterns and reviews.
