Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years in semiconductor test engineering with strategy/leadership.
• Experience with automated test equipment and production test constraints.
• Ability to translate requirements into test coverage and decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering activities for strategic semiconductor test customers.
• Define end-to-end test strategies including coverage, insertions, and data logging.
• Guide implementation from feasibility through validation and production release.
• Collaborate with customers, product, hardware, and software teams.
• Represent Teradyne in workshops and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive reusable test patterns.
