Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals and Spring Boot experience
• 3+ years with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• 3+ years of database design across relational and NoSQL databases
• 2+ years of SDLC, Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years of code reviews and testing strategies
• 2+ years of cloud-native development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components
• Drive architecture decisions for scalability, performance, security and maintainability
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
• Champion CI/CD, testing, observability and code quality best practices
• Own QA processes for complex features including unit/integration tests and debugging production issues
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders in agile planning
