Job summary

Horizon Next is seeking a senior social strategist to oversee campaign management and drive data-informed social plans for major clients. You will coordinate with Analytics, Business Solutions, and Investment teams, ensuring high-impact campaigns and strong client partnerships.

The role requires deep experience in social media planning, advanced analytics, and budget management, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on growth and mentorship within the team.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding social media account projects, acting as a client contact.
• Advanced analytics and performance media understanding.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to apply to planning process.
• Experience negotiating social media plans and activations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management and execution oversight from RFP to pacing and QA.
• Lead social strategy development and integrate insights into plans.
• Develop standardized reporting and analytics across accounts.
• Maintain relationships with clients and cross-department teams.
• Mentor junior team members and coach on insights.
• Budget/investment oversight across multiple accounts.
