Job summary

Horizon Next is seeking a data‑powered social media strategist and leader in New York. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic social plans, integrating insights from data and analytics, and partnering with cross‑functional teams and clients to drive impactful campaigns.

You will oversee QA processes, guide junior team members, and ensure final sign‑offs on campaigns and partner responses. A strong background in analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and budget management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6‑7+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding social media account projects, acting as a client contact.
• Strong familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic social plan development in tandem with the Digital & Business Solutions teams.
• Oversee development of media plans, objectives and strategies decks.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
