Job summary

Horizon Media seeks a data-driven paid social professional to manage and optimize social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram from planning to execution. You will craft strategic plans, perform in-depth analytics, and present insights to clients.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Business Solutions and other teams, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement. Strong writing, presentation and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years paid social media experience
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP creation and review of social partners, analyse proposals and negotiate
• Oversee buys from setup to keyword selection, targeting buckets, optimization & pacing
• Monitor campaign performance and report issues to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with Analytics & BI teams to standardize data across accounts
• Mentor junior team members and provide trainings for seamless execution
• Support post-campaign reconciliation and billing with Digital team
