Horizon Media Inc. is seeking a Supervising Strategist to lead social-first and creator-led strategy across a portfolio of clients.

You will own strategic direction, research depth, and the quality of briefs and narratives, partnering with creative, account, and influencer teams. You will mentor junior strategists and help elevate the team’s strategic voice while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social strategy, creative strategy, or related planning role at an agency or brand.
• Proven experience developing social-first and creator-led strategies that drove creative output.
• Strong research and insights development skills with ability to apply frameworks in briefs.
• Experience presenting strategy to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Portfolio or work samples showing strategic thinking and contributions to campaigns.
• Comfortable mentoring growing strategists in a fast-paced environment.
